Upon usage of this site, users immedietly adhere to the terms & conditions apply.


Order(s)
  • Sales are based on first come first serve basis.
  • Priority are given to buyers who provide us full details as per required in the order form.
  • Enquiries are not deemed are confirmed orders.

Merchandise/Product
  • Prices are fixed & non negotiable.
  • Do note colour may vary slightly due to screen resolution.
  • All products sold are in brand new and unworn condition (expect modelled products).

Shipping / Delivery
  • Buyers are required to pay the full shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery of merchandise will be shipped out every Monday, Wednesday & Friday only.
  • For international order(s), kindly email us to enquire on shipping fee.

Receiving of Merchandise
  • All parcels are expected to arrive within 3 working days after shipped out.
  • If merchandise is not received within this period, kindly contact Post Malaysia @ 1300 300 300 for status of merchandise with the tracking code provided.

Delayed / Lost / Damaged merchandise
  • The Glam Market will not be responsible for any delayed/lost/damaged parcels.
  • Kindly revert to Post Malaysia @ 1300 300 300 for enquiry on Delayed / Lost / Damaged parcels.
  • Glam Levitation will not be held resposible for any incomplete mailing details provided by the buyer.

Payment
  • All payment are required to be paid to our Maybank (1123-6218-8335) & Cimb (xxx).
  • All payment are required to be complete within 24 hours once order(s) placed.
  • Proof of payment / receipt is required to be shown once payment made for us to vertify your payment.

Restocking
  • Upon placing order for restock items, please include " (Restock) " after item code/ name.
  • Full payment in advance is need for all restock request.
  • Merchandise for restock will be collected within 5 business days.
  • For merchandise that is unable to be restock, full refund will be given.
